I am doing a food pyramid project for spanish. I already did my food pyramid and now I have to write an essay on it.
The first question says:
Foods good for your health and how many serving’s a day you should eat it.
I don’t know how to say that apples, lettuce, carrots, bannanas, and grapes are good for your health and you should have 6 to 11 serving’s a day.
Like, i know that the begging should be:
Comer manzana, lechuga, zanahorias, platano, y uva malo para la salud. But, I don’t know how to say you should have them 6 to 11 times a day.

El tabaco es muy malo porque causan problemas de salud, por ejemplo, las enfermedades cardiacas y los problemas respiratorios. Fumador no es saludable y es peligroso para el corazon y los pulmones. Pienso que, conseguir borracho o drogarse as estupido porque el alcohol es muchos adictivos y es preocupante porque de el botellon. Las drogas causan mas problemas y accidentes. Por ejemplo, los drogadictos buscar a veces las problemas sociales y los problemas mentales especialmente la droga dura. Tomar drogas o beber son tanto muchos peligrosos y no son saludables porque ellos causan el dano. Odio el alcohol y las drogas porque ellos causan el crimen y muchos los jovenes necesitan la ayuda con estan.

Es bueno conseguir suficiente el sueno por ocho horas estar saludable. Es importante comer y beber cosas sanas porque la alimentacion buena es necesaria. Mantenerme en forma es importante llevar una vida activa porque el ejercicio es necesario para tener energia. Tienes que hacer un enfuerzo y quizas practicar deportes. Es importante cambiar tus habitos como el tabaco y es esencial tomar el desayuno todos la manana.
